How to Add HostBuddy AI to Your SearchMyCal

Integrating a HostBuddy AI Agent into each listing page is simple. Use the AI Agent you already built on your SearchMyCal—it’s as easy as copy and paste. All you need is the chatbot_key found in the embed section for your listing in HostBuddy.

Step 1: Log into HostBuddy and Locate the Chatbot Key

• Log into your HostBuddy account.

• Navigate to the Properties section.

• Select the 3-dot menu for a particular property where you will find Get Chat Link or Embed.

• Look for the chatbot_key, which is a 12-digit combination of numbers and letters.

• Copy the chatbot_key.

Step 2: Paste the Chatbot Key into SearchMyCal

• Go to your SearchMyCal dashboard.

• Select the listing where you want to add the AI agent.

• Paste the chatbot_key into the dedicated field for that listing.

• Click Save Changes to activate the chatbot.
